Remote 1099·U.S. real estate agents·PRIME Coaching LLC

PRIME Coaching LLC is hiring remote sales closers to enroll U.S. real estate agents into our coaching programs. We provide lead flow, CRM, an outbound phone system, and training. You provide the close. We have room for a small number of people who can do this work well.

Independent contractor (1099). United States. Commission based on closed accounts.

What you'll do

The role

This is a closing seat, not a management seat.

You will speak with U.S. real estate agents, run a professional sales conversation, recommend the right program, collect setup, and hand the new client to onboarding.

We provide

  • Lead flow
  • CRM
  • Outbound phone system
  • One to two weeks of training

You provide

  • Computer, internet, and phone
  • Availability during U.S. agent hours (Eastern or Central preferred)
  • Authorization to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States

Advancement from Closer to Account Executive to Team Builder exists. It is earned after production is proven. It is not part of the starting offer.

The product

What you will sell

Two programs are in the initial bag. Internal program names are covered in training. Please use these prices when you talk with us about the seat.

These are the two programs. No additional products are included in the closing seat.

How you earn

Compensation

This is a 1099 role. There is no base salary and no draw. You keep 100% of the negotiated setup on each closed account, plus a residual stipend after the first 10 accounts while the agreement is in force.

Modeled earnings for consistent monthly production

Figures are modeled from the locked partner compensation structure.

Closes / monthYear 1Year 2Year 3
4$29,000$36,000$39,000
6$45,000$56,000$58,000
8$61,000$76,000$78,000

Actual earnings depend on closes, product mix, and retention. Most compensation is setup. Residual is modest by design and is not a portable book of business. Residual ends on the effective date the agreement ends. There are no trailing payments after departure.

Fit

Who this is for

A strong fit

  • Recent personal production closing by phone or video with U.S. customers
  • Individual results you can describe (product, price, closes in the last 90 days)
  • English as a first language on live sales calls
  • Based in the United States and able to work as a 1099 contractor
  • Comfortable with the compensation structure as written
  • Willing to complete a short production trial before any discussion of an expanded seat

Better to wait

  • Need for a W-2, benefits package, or base salary
  • No recent personal production (team totals only, or a title without closes)
  • Work location or language that will not support live calls with U.S. agents
  • Expectation of residual payments after the agreement ends
  • Expectation of a leadership title as part of the starting offer
